Waterfowl hunters will enjoy the finest in duck and goose hunting at Las Palomas de Loma Colorada. We duck hunt on fresh water ponds as well as the famous Laguna Madre, a saltwater bay, home of the largest concentration of Red Heads in North America. Custom shallow water boats are unsed to navigate these waters and assure safe and productive hunts. Several species of ducks visit our area each year including Red Heads, Pintails, Gadwalls, Widgeons,Teal and Black Ducks to name a few. Snow and Speckled Belly geese winter annually in our thousands of acres of feeding fields each winter and are hunted over large decoy spreads. Dry pits are dug daily in new fields to maximize the clients hunting opportunities.
This could possibly be the best value in wingshooting in the world today. With the number of ducks and geese that winter on the coastal waters of northern Mexico, plus the ideal terrain, we truly don't know where or if this mixed-bag shoot of Redhead, Pintail, 3 species of Teal, Widgeon, etc., can be beat.
These hunts are easy and comfortable. Anyone, of any age, can easily access our well-built blinds and pits. On the Laguna, custom shallow draft boats with radio communications assure a problem-free hunt.
