Shipping Policy
The Fish Hawk ships all orders (other than in-store pickup orders) using UPS unless alternative shipping arrangements have been discussed via phone call. Most orders will be processed and shipped out within 24 hours. The Fish Hawk reserves the right to drop ship part or all of your order directly to you from the manufacturer at no additional cost to you. If a product is out of stock or we expect shipping delays for any reason, we will reach out directly to you to discuss options or issue a refund. Expected shipping times range from 2-6 business days based on location and chosen shipping option. Shipping outages, inclement weather, and influxes in shipping surrounding major holidays may cause further delays.
U.S. SHIPPING
- Orders of less than $200 will be charged a flat rate of $10.
- Orders greater than $200 will get free shipping. Some exclusions apply for oversized items which will be charged a $15 oversize fee.
- Orders outside of the continental United States will incur a $30 fee.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any taxes, VATs, customs duties, or any other charges levied by your government. Payment is the responsibility of the purchaser. The Fish Hawk does not ship internationally unless prior arrangements have been made via phone call.

Returns Policy
The Fish Hawk offers a 30 day return policy on all online orders, excluding sale items and custom items.
If you have issues with your purchase and would like a return or replacement, reach out to [email protected] to discuss your options. If a mistake was made on our part when selecting your products, we will cover shipping costs necessary to rectify the error. Once a return has been approved, products may be shipped back to the shop at purchaser’s expense in original packaging with all labels intact, unopened, and undamaged. Products that have been used or altered are not eligible for return. Product must be shipped back in original shipping box/package or a box/package of equal quality/protection. Products will be inspected prior to issuing any refunds.
